Peggy’s Superpower: The ability to see… really see, people, situations, and complex business decisions. To put herself in the shoes of almost everyone else, and to find a way to allow others to see the huge impact they have in all aspects of their lives. Personal and professional. She is a giver and maker of Joy.
Peggy’s Experience: Having started at K40 as a secretary, she worked her way up in the company, eventually starting her own Car Dealership Division, developing her own products for that division. She was later promoted to President of K40 Electronics, and now she owns the place!
Peggy’s Passions: Peggy does everything with passion. From spending time and having adventures with her family, and her K40 family, to volunteering, donating to numerous causes involving children, decorating, travel, and making sure that K40 is the embodiment of quality, honesty, and a source of enrichment for employees and dealers alike.
Peggy’s Top Speed: 110 MPH in the backseat of a 1992 Lexus SC300 with a “run it like it’s a rental” K40 tech driving and an “all things motor maniac” K40 engineer riding shotgun.

Debbie’s Superpower: Her ability to calmly assess any situation, to see what others cannot, and to make sound business decisions.
Debbie’s Experience: 40 years at K40 (yet she’s still the youngest looking!) and accounting courses at Elgin Community College.
Debbie’s Passions: Her large, mostly female-dominated family, her beagles, Sophie and Penny, and her husband Don, who she is fiercely proud of even though he came in third on her passion’s list.
Debbie’s Hobbies: Softball, gardening, and agility training with her beagles (they say she’s doing well on the obstacle course.)
Debbie’s Top Speed: 90 MPH in a Toyota (un-named model, because she’s into numbers…not cars).
Rachel Clark

Rachel’s Superpower: Her ability to see what others cannot. To manage a group of individuals and create a powerful team. Rachel makes everyone feel special for their abilities. She makes everyone feel seen and heard.
Rachel’s Experience: 24 years in the Automotive Industry, 24 years at K40. Also, Rachel holds a BS from Northern Illinois University. Go Huskies!!
Rachel’s Passions: Her wife Anne, their dogs Jaxx and Theo, gardening, cooking, and traveling.
Rachel’s Hobbies: Organizing trips, times, and transportation. If you’re traveling with Rachel, you will never be late…for an airline gate, a shuttle, a meal, or an event. she is the ultimate travel companion. She also organizes the Midwest’s best Dive Bar Crawls and Poker Tournaments!
Rachel’s Top Speed: 1XX in a Porsche 918. She didn’t know the exact speed because her eyes were closed.

Lisa’s Experience: 37 years in the automotive aftermarket industry. A Certified Inside Sales Professional with over 350 hours of sales and customer service education.
Lisa’s Passions: FAMILY FAMILY FAMILY! Her husband Tom, her son Zach and his wife Steph, Her daughter Brooke and her husband Jordan, and most recently, her first grandchild Noa!
Lisa’s Hobbies: Boating (don’t even try to reach her on a Friday afternoon in the summer!), painting pictures, and decorating her home.
Lisa’s Top Speed: Lisa is pretty sure she hasn’t reached her top speed yet. She’s always in a hurry.
JJ Langguth

JJ’s Superpower: Besides his larger-than-life voice… JJ is the king of Numbers Negotiations. If your parts department needs to make XX% profit…your service department wants XX hours at XX $/per hour and there still needs to be some meat on the bone or sales won’t sell it, JJ can get it done so that it’s a win-win-win for all departments.
JJ’s Experience: 25 Years with K40, and almost as many attending Southern Illinois University where he majored in missing classes, attending frat parties and parental disappointment.
JJ’s Passions: His wife and two children, being his neighborhood’s self-proclaimed BBQ Pit Master, and the hundreds of friends he has made in the 12 Volt Industry. One of his long-time clients/friends even served as best man at his wedding.
JJ’s Top Speed: 130 MPH on a Kawasaki Ninja 600
Anne Vogt

Anne’s Superpower: Managing the K40 warehouse, 3-time K40 product testing, shipping, and Event Party Planner – Multi-tasking, Multi-rolls, Multi Fun!
Anne’s Experience: 10 Years as K40’s warehouse manager. 31 years total at K40 if you count her early years folding t-shirts and role as Refuse Disposal Director. She also holds a BA in Sports Management, so she holds the whole team together!
Anne’s Passions: Coaching high school softball, her newfound love of real estate sales, the love of her life, and wife, Rachel, along with their beloved Shih Tzu’s Jaxx and Theo.
Anne’s Hobbies: Playing softball (yeah, it’s a senior league…so what!), gardening, cooking, and coaching. As well as taking care of family, friends, and neighbors as a reliable “Anne, can you fix this?” resource.
Anne’s Top Speed: 120 MPH – in a Camaro Iroc Z-28. Yeah…she’s that old.

Justin’s Superpower: His ability to get to the bottom of a problem calmly and quickly. An Electronic savant, he has a gift that allows him to help installers save time and money on any installation.
Justin’s Experience: Twenty years in the Automotive Industry and eight at K40, plus he’s a self-proclaimed “gearhead” who will talk to you about compression ratios and his best 0-60 time if you’re interested. And who isn’t?
Justin’s Passions: His wife Katy, their uber intelligent Labradoodle Alfie…or “Sir Alfred Pupington the First. Lord of the Doodles”, Purcilla “Monster Kitten” Vallo – 13 yr. old Maine Coon fat cat, and Korben Dallas – 8yr old cat made entirely of allergens.
Justin’s Hobbies: Biking, hiking, cooking, traveling, and home improvement. Also, a craft beer and bourbon aficionado, he’s the guy we go to when looking for a new fun cocktail.
Justin’s Top Speed: 180 MPH in a Ferrari 360 Stradale. The date is not confirmed…. nor his sanity.

Patrick’s Passions: Spending time with his large Irish family. Anything and everything sports-related, and Taco Tuesday!
Patrick’s Hobbies: Lake time at his family lake house, where jet-ski football is a serious sport, watching three different sports on three different TVs whenever possible.

Dave’s Experience: Seven years in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry, all spent at K40. Plus, he has a BS in Finance. Total numbers nerd.
Dave’s Passions: His family, which includes his girlfriend Becky and her three children. Bowling, Golf, and Fishing.
Dave’s Hobbies: Mostly fishing and family. He fishes on his lunch hour, most weekends and anytime not spent with family, bowling, golfing, or randomly adding numbers in his head to impress literally everyone.

Lynette’s Passions: Being the best mom, gram-gram, cook, wife, friend, co-worker, caretaker, “I’ll take care of it” human she can be.
Lynette’s Hobbies: Cooking, quilting, gardening, and ensuring her pool is the perfect oasis for family and friends.
Lynette’s Top Speed: 140 MPH in a 1982 Porsche 944 Turbo.

Sophie’s Experience: 1 year at K40. (But that is seven in dog years!)
Sophie’s Passions: Treats! Treats! And doing tricks…for treats!
Sophie’s Hobbies: Seeking out treats from co-workers and impressing them by looking directly at the drawer they think they are hidden in. Getting co-workers to take me outside….rub my belly or throw a ball.
Sophie’s Top Speed: I’m a backseat driver, but I encourage my drivers to get me to the other dogs or humans as soon as possible.
